Senior Accountant needed

 Attached to the Accounting and Finance Department, the SENIOR ACCOUNTANT's main missions are to:

ü  Financial security and ensuring the continuous improvement of the financial process and compliance with our procedures;

ü  The compliance and completeness of entries of accounting operations;

ü  Assist the chief accountant in the work of analysis and justification of the account balance

Activities

General and auxiliary accounting (customers and suppliers) 

-          Ensure the compliance and completeness of the accounting documents for the period and within the defined deadlines;

-          Produce, validate and send the accounts adjustment documents to the accountants;

-          Produce the   customer receivables situation on a weekly basis;

-          Analyze balance confirmations from third parties and ensure that discrepancies are settled;

-          Control and ensure the closing of all subsidiary journals of the agencies.

-          Ensure the proper keeping of documents and   accounting journals;

-          Ensure the proper archiving of the department's accounting documents;

-          Ensure that I update internal consumer accounts and other internal customer accounts;

-          Reconcile the liaison / inter company accounts and enter adjustments;

-          Analyze the minutes of cash orders and follow the regularization of suspends and discrepancies

-          Ensure the matching of checking accounts (51), internal transfer (58) and suspense accounts (47);

-          Ensure bank reconciliations and entry of adjustments

-          Participate in stock inventories and fixed assets;

-          Participate in monthly closings;

-          Assist the chief accountant in the processing of various operations (payroll, depreciation and provisions, monitoring of fixed assets, monitoring of loans, monitoring of stocks, justification of account balances, etc.)

-          Collaborate in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures;

-          Ensure all other specific tasks entrusted to him by his superior hierarchy.

Cost accounting

-          Ensure the update of the analytical plan;

-          Ensure the proper analytical breakdown of expenses and products.

PROFILE

-           Academic level: Bac + 3 accounting, business management, or equivalent;

-           Professional experience: 04 - 05 years of experience in a similar position

-          Accounting and financial analysis;

-          Knowledge of taxation;

-          Mastery of accounting assumptions and conventions;

-          Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Sage saari and   other accounting software
