A chef (at least 12 years of professional experience);
- (02) Two Assistant Chefs (At least 07 years of professional experience);

NB: GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF "EUROPEAN AND AMERICAN" WESTERN CUISINE.

- (02) Two cooks for the preparation of Shawarma: complete process (At least 5 years of professional experience);

- (04) Waiters and Waitresses (At least 5 years of professional experience);
- (02) Surface Technician(nes) (At least 3 years of professional experience)
