Mission / Job description:
Placed under the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor, the "rural customer service manager" will have the following main missions:
Create, manage, develop and retain a portfolio of customers in the Agricultural/Rural segment;
Equip customers in its segment according to defined objectives;
Implement strategies to boost the revenue generated by the client portfolio;
Set up the credit files of customers under his responsibility;
Monitor the repayment of loans granted.
Profil / Profile:
Profile required:
Level of studies: minimum BAC + 3 in management sciences, agricultural sciences, agronomy or rural engineering.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management in the agri/rural segment.
