Marketing Assistant needed at Archipel Academy Douala

 The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a partner company for a MARKETING ASSISTANT.

 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE : 

 

- Age: 25-35 years old

- Experience required: Between 3 and 5 years.

- Language: English or French 

- Gender: Male/Female 

- Bac +3 level training in Marketing, communication or a related field.              

 

MISSIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES                                                                                     

- The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the microfinance institution's marketing and communication activities;            

 

- He/She is responsible for setting up and managing marketing campaigns, creating marketing content, coordinating events and managing social media;

Its responsibilities are as follows:                                        

 

- Support the microfinance institution's marketing and communication activities; 

- Set up and manage marketing activities;

- Create marketing content for the establishment's communication media;

- Coordinate marketing and communication events;

- Manage the establishment's social media.  

 

REQUIRED SKILLS                                                                                                            

- Have proven professional experience of at least 3 years in the microfinance sector and in the field of marketing and communication;

- Good command of computer tools (WORD, EXCEL, ETC);

- In-depth knowledge of marketing and communication tools;

- Excellent written and oral communication skills;

- Ability to work in a team and coordinate projects;

- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; 

- Good knowledge of social media and its use for marketing.
