Market analysis and participation in the commercial strategy oIdentification of opportunities and threatsAnalyze commercial data and market research results from monitoring and market analysis in order toto identify market opportunities allowing the implementation of an efficient commercial strategy toensure the growth of the Departmento Participation in the definition of the commercial strategy of the DirectionDecline the commercial strategy of the Direction at the scale of the perimeter in responsibility in order to definedevelopment objectiveso Determination of market potential and customer segments✓ Gather information relating to the market through studies or monitoring in order to better position oneself✓ Order the data in an information system.2. Development of the client portfolio while ensuring profitabilityo Development of a marketing action plan in order to develop its e-reputation to increase its notorietyo Study and determination of the potential targetIdentify the typology of customers and exploit data from the commercial information system in order to respondto better to the needs of the targeto Sales follow-upEnsure the control of sales results and implement corrective actionso Management of the marketing of the product/service and the customer relationship with customers✓ Define a strategy of approach and adapted and targeted negotiation.✓ Conquer prospects and retain key account customers by implementingspecific commercial actions.

3. Management of commercial performance
o Development of the commercial action plan to prioritize, manage, budget and program the various
commercial actions decided according to the objectives
o Support the commercial team by monitoring the implementation of the commercial action plan ( and/or marketing)
using dashboards and ensuring compliance with the budget
o Measurement of performance indicators using a performance management dashboard
o Carrying out partial and final assessments in order to control the achievement of objectives by implementing
corrective actions.
4. Animation of meetings
o Animation of the commercial team by various means (meeting, interview, incentives...).
o Team management
✓ Contribute to the professionalization of everyone by setting up training actions for
sales representatives.
✓ Monitor results and analyze performance through dashboards.
o Identification of anomalies with regard to the quality of service to the customer
o Integrating the commercial approach into the management approach, through the continuous improvement approach
, guaranteeing decisive competitive advantages within its scope.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
▪ Minimum Bac+4 in Economics, Management,
Banking, Finance, Commerce
▪ Minimum experience of five (05) years in a
similar position, preferably in the banking sector
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
▪ Knowledge
* Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the bank and
the banking environment of the CEMAC zone
* Knowledge of the activities, products and services of the
bank
▪ Know-how
* Use of statistical analysis techniques
* Use of reporting and analysis tools statistical analysis
(R, Python, PowerBi)
* Use of programming language (VBA,
Javascript, HTML, CSS...)
* Use of SQL
* Use of the Microsoft Office office suite
* Writing of reports / summary documents
