JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcoming visitors, customers and suppliers 
  • Managing the Director's diary
  • Carry out office and administrative work 
  • Manage and follow up on mail and calls 
  • Represent the Director at events 
  • Archive documents
  • Do the reporting
