Level of study :

• Bacc+3 in bilingual letter/business administration/project management/marketing 
• Professional experience: at least 4 years in a similar position Type of contract: CDI

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcoming visitors, customers and suppliers 
• Managing the Director's diary
• Carry out office and administrative work 
• Manage and follow up on mail and calls 
• Represent the Director at events 
• Archive documents
• Do the reporting

• Perfectly bilingual
