NAMÉ Recycling is recruiting an assistant HSE

 Job location: Douala, Cameroon

- Main missions:
· Design and negotiate the HSE policy with its management
· Implement the HSE policy and animate it with the managers concerned
· Audit, plan and monitoring
- Main activities:
Develop a master plan taking into account the objectives of the general management in terms of sustainable development, customer requests, regulations and constraints of the company
Ensure a regulatory and competitive watch in terms of HSE on site.
· Integrate the various repositories into an integrated management system by interpreting the applicable standards
· Define and negotiate the objectives of the year, the means to be implemented, the monitoring or audit methods, the corresponding budget
· Participate in the communication, promotion of the HSE policy on the site
· Write and update directives, procedures, HSE instructions
· Train managers, technicians, team managers, if necessary, participate in staff awareness
· Facilitate problem solving or improvement groups
Plan improvement actions
· Ensuring measures to reduce or treat waste; check the control and prevention procedures in relation to environmental risks.
Prepare and set up monitoring and internal audits as well as external and supplier audits
Perform statistical monitoring of results in relation to objectives, prepare HSE reviews
· Participate in the analysis of risks, malfunctions and the search for ways to improve: training, manufacturing processes, organization of production, development of installations.

· Membership of staff and evolution of attitudes in relation to quality, safety and the environment
